Due to rain, we are postponing todays match.
The courts are wet and it will almost certainly rain more during the time we would play the matches tonight.

The rescheduled match time is Sunday 4 p.m. at Creekside.

Captains, please pass this on to your players.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us last night.

The rescheduled match will be tomorrow – Sunday 8/30 – 4 p.m. at Dunes West.

We will start all matches at 4 p.m., using 9 courts.

There are 10 matches to be played, so one individual match will follow when a court opens up.

Yesterday was an odd scenario where rain covered most of the region, although Dunes West was dry for most of the day.

We will always make a rain call by 4 / 4:30 p.m., and yesterday we thought there was a good chance we could get the match in, so we went for it.

Thanks for everyone’s patience, see you tomorrow for the 2009 opening match and the best tennis in the Lowcountry.
